- Stay away from those HGH unless your directed by a medical doctor. If you want some good capsules, go with the Muscle Tech Na no x9, it's a nitrix oxcide, it really works. Some gym buffs may say they don't use Muscle tech and bascially bach their products, but I'll defend them to the end. But stay away from those hormone pills, also the creatine pills aren't that bad either.
