1. Read the blurb below...Now do you REALLY believe all the claims it makes...of course you don't, otherwise why would you be asking the question. These pills are a way of extracting cash from trusting people who want an easy solution to a weight problem when actually the solution is right in front of them...diet and exercise. I'm not a skinny bird preaching. I speak from a life long weight problem perspective. I have tried more fad diets and wonder pills than I actually want to remember. Some worked for a short time, some didn't, but even the ones which worked failed when a return to normal life ensued. In the last 6/7 months I have lost 5st, by diet and exercise, no magic pills, just grim determination. Look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its has (and still is!) working for me. I walk for exercise, Ive not joined a gym yet but I'm sure that will come eventually! lol;
