- HGH or human growth hormone, makes you grow OUT rather than up. It is like bovine growth hormone and mimics the effects of steroids. argenine and ornithine only cause muscle growth . for true growth to happen it has to happen in the skeletal structure and they havent got there yet with science. If they had we wouldn't have any more dwarfs. Its a rip off, don't waste your cash.
