- No, I would not take ANYTHING like that. Go see your doctor, and get to an Endocrinologist who can measure your hormones, to be sure you're producing enough on your own.
- No. Don't bother with this stuff because it's nonsense. HGH is a hormone that is naturally produced by the body. Some people have problems with the gland that produces HGH and, therefore, their growth is stunted. This is where doctors give HGH as therapy to correct the situation. Have your doctor perform tests to see if you qualify for this treatment. Nothing you buy over-the-counter is going to make you grow.
- Taking HGH pills without a doctor's prescription is very dangerous and not recommended. Doctors only prescribe HGH for medical problems and you are probably not in that category. Perhaps you should have a discussion with your doctor. In my local Health Store I have seen recombinant HGH pills which were recommended for energy boosting but not for growth. Recombinant HGH is some type of chemically modified HGH or an HGH derivative which is quite different from unmodified HGH. In my local Health Store I have not seen any unmodified HGH. Probably because Health Stores are not allowed to sell it over the counter.
