Is Brett Favre using HGH or some other performance enhancing drug?

He had one of his best seasons at age 38, surely this must raise some eyebrows.

Public Comments

  1. No he is just all man and his work out regimens are much better than guys almost half his age.
  2. he g ot it from david eckstein
  3. omg its a scandal, the nfl is rigged hghgate! lolerzzz, goodell is covering up, gaytriots, cheaters, lolololololol
  4. not really the last few years he has been around an inconsistant team a horrible o line and a defense without an identity and that was rebuilding now if he had some kind of injury that just instantly healed or something maybe but no the team as a whole is better I mean he isnt even that big
  5. The only drug Brett Farve takes is Viagra
  6. No... you're the one on HGH because clearly dont know anything about Favre.
  7. Clearly you must be holding something against Favre if you think that.
  8. GOD You've asked this 2 other times Brett Favre may be 38, but he doesn't use or need Human Growth Hormone to enhance his skills. He is a great QB and this season was one of his best, no drugs helped him win the NFC North, beat the Seahawks 42-20 while it was snowing in Lambeau Field, and almost beat the Giants in the NFC Championship.
  9. he started a whole new workout program after the 2004 season. no, he is not playing any differently this year than his last two years. it is just that the players around him finally developed. remember, this is the youngest team in the league. so no, he is not taking HGH. besides, if you know anything about the Packers organization, they take tests to monitor all that crap.
  10. no he's not the only reason he can do it is because when your high on pain pills you cant feel if your hurt drug addict
  11. Don't get mad. The man is an. competitor, he wants to win.
  12. Brett Favre is one of the most loved and charished quterbacks of all time. He played great through his years without using any drug or performance enhancers. just think that dan Marino played his last game when he was 38 and he didnt do to "shabby".
  13. ben-gay and lots of viagra
  14. Only low brows would say this.
  15. He had some drug problems a while back. Remember when he went into rehab for addiction to painkillers (vicodin)? But I seriously doubt he has used some other performance enhancing drugs at any time during his career. As a youngster, he had a naturally gifted cannon for an arm and an uncanny accuracy. The knock on him was that he took too many risks, believing in his gifts and throwing into coverage way too often. Like a boxer, the last thing to go is the power. Favre doesn't have the speed he once had. Though he is still quite elusive and has that superstar quickness to keep himself from taking big shots (which helps keep him from getting injured). He may not have flat out I'm-going-to-out-run-you speed, but he can still throw that ball down the field like few others in the game. There is no question about it. Brett Favre is a freak. Just like Andre Agassi was a freak in tennis (still is; he's not dead yet, just retired). I'm sure some other people could come up with some examples from other sports. I usually just follow tennis and football. Freak or not, he doesn't use drugs. Favre is just gifted, and has used his gifts by maxing them out with effort and honed his skills with training and hard work.
