3. *sighs* you have no idea how many people ask this question. Dont DO IT! unless your still in your teens then it wont make you grow tall-wise. And for building muscle then, yes, it has a profound effect. But it also has pretty horrible side-effects down the road. Also, most of the HGH you buy off the internet is fake.
