  2. pretty much any cardio exercise done consistantly and in at least 30 minute increments will help to increase the HGH and maintain elasticity of the blood vessels.

You musy walk- humans evolved to walk BUT HEY ALSO evolved to SPRINT off and on now and then You don't even need to sprint a ridiculous amount of times Just do a few hard sprints
  4. 1. You're not supposed to answer your own questions. 2. Most people are not strong enough to try to do sprints. That makes it risky for falls or cardiovascular injuries from a excessive sudden rise in blood pressure. Sorry to break your bubble. If someone is in strong and excellent health, sprints at any age are ok. Just mostly ill-advised.

For the Colpo disciples, just because increasing HGH does something, there has to be hard proof that it reduces deaths and serious conditions. Still waiting for the sources, if they exist.
