HELP!! Are bodybuilding and HGH supplements the same thing?

Bodybuilders use supplements to gain mass, shape or carve their body muscles etc. On the other hand there are Human Growth Hormones (HGH) supplements which are used for having overall healthy active body and also reduces aging factor because HGH supp, boosts ur enegry level and keeps your muscles fresh and healthy. so the question is, are bodybuilding and HGH supp, the same or different, i dont mind which is legal or illegal i just need answers dat gives me clear cut difference b/w them will appriciate a detailed answer, Thnx:)

1. kk no there not... beacuse HGH helps u keep ur body in the best condition n running smoothly but does not help u bulk up... unlike protien... when u take protien it help u heal ur mucles faster n helps it get a lil bigger... every time u work out u ttire ur muscle n u got 2 bed n it heals it self n gets bigger n protien helps u not feel it heals it fast over night most the time when u take protien u wont be sore in the morning n HGH does not do that. n the best legal stuff 2 get big n cute is called naNOx9.. u can get it in GNC thats wut i take i have take over 5 different protien n these r pill n they work fast n better n gives u more energy then any other product i have taken... there not steriods there a finer protien.. kk hope that i could of helped u=)
