1. It is also a pregnancy hormone so be careful ! It is used in USA along with a VERY strict 500 calorie diet!!! Thats also impossible to live on, but people do it. However it later ruins their health down the road. If you opt for this, be very very careful!!!!
2. Wait, Australia? Isn't HGH illegal there, or does it just require a prescription? I know Sylvester Stallone got in a lot of trouble for bringing some into the country (IIRC, he was almost arrested and/or detained... I'm pretty sure it was confiscated, though). You should talk to your doctor about the actual HGH to see if you can take it. Otherwise, there are some Amino Acids that naturally help to promote your release of your own natural growth hormone. The Amino Acids L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, Glycine, and L-Lysine as well as Mucuna Pruriens and Alpha-GPC can all help. Good luck!
3. In Australia you can only get HGH injections from a doctor. Anna Nicole Smith in America had a series of HGH injections for anti ageing therapy and this may have made a major contribution to her early death so beware of HGH.
