What natural substances can stimulate the Human Growht Hormone?
I know that there are shots, but what amino acids or what food can stimulate HGH

- Growth Hormone levels have been found to decline with age in every species so far tested and this decline is a major factor in the aging process. In numerical terms, humans produce on a daily basis some 500mcg of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) at 20 years of age, 200mcg at 40 years, and 25mcg at 80. Please note that it is extremely important to obtain an accurate diagnosis before trying to find a cure. Many diseases and conditions share common symptoms: if you treat yourself for the wrong illness or a specific symptom of a complex disease, you may delay legitimate treatment of a serious underlying problem. In other words, the greatest danger in self-treatment may be self-diagnosis. If you do not know what you really have, you can not treat it! Full information is available here. HGH deficiency in adults is now recognized as a specific clinical syndrome with characteristic signs and symptoms. Treatment & Prevention Replacement of the hormones which decline with age, such as growth hormone, estrogen and testosterone, is an important part of any antiaging program. HGH replacement improves body composition and quality of life as soon as 1 month after commencement. Most importantly these changes occur without side-effects. Increased levels of HGH have a positive effect by increasing muscle mass, stimulating fat loss, improving skin texture, improving exercise tolerance, increasing bone density, improving sleep quality and helping mental processes. There are several possibilities for treating low HGH levels: * HGH injections (expensive, used when other means are insufficient) * HGH transdermal products (Trans-D-Tropin) * Oral products with secretagogues (all-natural HGH releasers, also known as agonists) and precursors taken daily * Homeopathic preparations (the least expensive)

- never take growth hormones, they are dangerous; the most obvious reason is because the body knows how tall it should be because all organs will be designed and developed to be in harmony with the rest of the body; if you force the body to be taller, this means the heart will have to pump the blood that much higher to your brain - and it is much more difficult for the heart to pump against gravity (up), so the higher the brain is, the more effort the heart and this will eventually cause problems for your heart, like hypertension; this is why taller people have shorter lives, on average; be satisfied with what you have or are endowed; BTW, it is too late for you but you can use it on friends and relatives who are still or may have kids: FYI whatever is the height of a child at 3 years of age, double that and it is the approximate maximum height that child should be in adulthood; although there is nothing that you can take to make you grow taller, there are certain foods that if you don't eat will cause stunted growth; so eat a healthy and balanced diet - fruits, vegetables, fish, but (if you can help it) stay away from warm-blooded animal foods;
- Squid
- A good combination of stacked aminos for stimulating HGH are Glutamine, Lysine HCl, and Arginine. I also recommend DHEA IF you are 40+ y/o.
