HGH for Anti Aging

Natural HGH?

I am thinking about taking the Natural HGH that is out there in the oral form. Has anyone done this with success?

1. HGH is taken by some body builders to increase muscle mass and strength but it will NOT help you to grow taller unless you are actually deficient in HGH and you are still growing. The side effects can be quite horrendous.
2. Its not worth your money. My parents bought a lot of this about 2 years ago and didn't experience any benefits. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
3. I took something like that a while back by a company called RELIV. There are amino acids that stimulate the endocrine sytem to produce hgh such as l'arginine, l'ornitinine and lysine. There are others and some company's have their own proprietary blend. Amino acids are good for various things. Good luck.
4. The main problem with this is knowing whether or not you're getting what the label claims is in the product. Much of the science out "there" is fairly substantiated on hGH effects/benefits. There are a number of factors that could play a role, though. If you can afford to risk the money on what could be ineffective, go for it. Be careful, though. As with anything, be sure you know what you're doing especially before you megadose.

6. HGH is produces less in later years... I used a supplement that was to stimulate the release of HGH , but the amount of the Amino Acids was quite high... many didn't listen to the warning to start slow... which resulted in some embarrassing personal moments. Some supplements use certain combinations of Amino acids like Ornithine and Arginine but usually not in enough to cause a release of HGH.
7. Before you do, research different brands at NutritionalTree.com. They do not sell any but do rate the top brands. There is a wide variety in quality.
