Does HGH (human growth hormone) work?
My friend has been taking HGH for about a week now. He hasn't noticed a difference yet, but I was wondering if this stuff works and what the side effects are? I'm pretty sure it was ordered off the internet, I'm not sure the brand. He has been working out a lot and drinking slim fast drinks between meals. I'm more concered about the side effects.

- Is this something that a doctor has prescribed for him or is this some quack scam he ordered off the Internet? If he got the real stuff from a real doctor, he should ask the doctor if and when he should start to see results. If this is some scam product off the Internet---he isn't going to see results because that crap doesn't work. Believe me, I research these companies every day.
- It depends on where he got it and what brand. I've aken HGH on separate occasions and they do work, but a couple of things...one is you have to work out for more than a week to see results..and two is you still have to put in alot of work in the weight room. I think alot of people assume it will build you up faster if you work out a little. The more you work out, the faster you will see a difference.
