I have scoliosis. I was referred to physical therapy by my doctor. My back muscles need strengthened.?
Well i'm too poor to afford physical therapy. What are some stretches and exercizes that would help strengthen my back? And also, would HGH ot Steroids help my condition?

- If you are too poor, then get a medical card from your 'welfare' or assistance office, family services. They go by income. Get it treated. Try this website!
- Google your condition. There are so many answers on the web by medical or health sites.
- It really hard to say on here as we not want to tell you something that do more harm than good. Talk with your local Human Resource Department and see what help is available to you. In the phone book, mine have blue pages for government stuff. Under "Helpful Numbers" try; Community Services (Red Cross), Disability Services, Health Services and Human Services. Maybe one of these get you pointed it the right direction.
- hi there-- i ma sorry to hear this. I DEF recommend doing a series of stretched first thing in the morning, at least once during the day, and at night before you go to bed. I have a similar situation and I can tell you that its IMPERATIVE to take care of it because it can get worse (its chronic). I recommend doing a yoga series; the sun salutations are great (google it). Be careful not to do any jerking motions while stretching....be fluid and careful! Hope this helps!
